Additional charge applied for:
Each hour after promotion expires, $30.00 per hour
Upgrade to Initial Cleaning instead of routine cleaning, $55.00 up to (4 man hours) additional hour may be applied depends on size of home.
Appliance cleaning, $20.00 per hour per appliance.
Move in and out, $20.00 and up (depends on condition of home)
$50.00 charge will be added to homes that is unacceptable uncleaniness. (or according to coupon agreements)
