NORMAL PRICING FOR CARPET CLEANING
Each cleaning are determined per sqft. Each cleaning are price as follows:
$.35 cents per sqft (2 room minimum)
12x12 room = $50.00
15x15 room = $78.75
20x20 room = $140.00
Each room includes: vaccuum of entire room, steam carpet cleaning. Moving of small furniture (Example: chair and small tables)
EXTRA CHARGES APPLIES FOR:
Pre Cleaning treatment for carpets $.10 cents per sqft per room and up (if more than 3 rooms, call for pricing for special deals)
Moving of heavy furniture. $10.00 per room and up (if more than 3 rooms, call for pricing for special deals)
Spill guard on carpets. $0.12 cents per room and up (if more than 3 rooms, call for pricing for special deals)
