SCHEDULING


For your convenience, you can now schedule your cleaning online. This will help make sure that we receieve everyone request promptly. All cleanings are normally schedule between Mon and Friday with the first cleaning ETA start at 10am and final start time cleaning at 430pm. Sundays cleaning are schedule well advance due to staffing and is base on availability. All cleaning dates are subject to availability of staff. We also may provide after hours services that will involve in additional charges.  Please follow the instructions below.


INSTRUCTIONS:
Please fill out the boxes as stated. For the message area, please provide your full address in this box. If you purchase through a merchant vendor, please state the merchant name (Amazon or Groupon) and provide the voucher number that is on your voucher. Also provide the amout of time rather its 2 hours or 4 hours (Please see pricing for full explaination of how the hours works). Please provide us with your address that you want services to be rendered and your availability that you want us to clean. DATE AND TIME. Also provide us with a few dates so we can have a few dates to work with. Remember, other clients are also scheduling their services also. We will go on first come first serve bases. You should recieve a email confirmation of your cleaning within 24 hours or less. If no email has been sent, Please feel free to call 773-886-5100 for further assistance. PLEASE NOTE:
Our staff will do their best to provide the best cleaning possible. Please have areas of the home clear when he or she arrives. All voucher will be honored exactly what is states "no substitutions". This is due to the amount that is already discounted and hosting company rules. Each area will be pre-spray and steam with our equipment. Additional methods can be use. Charges will apply with these additional services. For cancellations, please email to steservicesgroup@gmail.com to alert us and for timestamp reasons. We do offer other services and deals which can be purchase by either email or phone call. Any delays more than 15 minutes rather crew is delay or not can result in delay charges.
