Thank you for considering using our company. Each cleaning is on a time base system. Each home is different so we really don't know how long it will take. We staff each cleaning base on (MAN HOUR SYSTEM). EXAMPLE: If you ordered 2 man hours, we may send 1 staff member to stay for two hours or 2 staff members for 1 hour. Each cleaning will depends on staffing for that day. You may make an request and we will work hard to accommodate you. Each cleaning are staff at minimum of 2 hours.
OUR NORMAL PRICING ARE:
2 MAN HOURS: ($40.00 per man hour per staff)
4 MAN HOURS: ($35.00 per man hour per staff)
